The basis is the paipz® platform, which was developed by weyp AG. “paipz” is derived from ‘pipeline’ or ‘data line’:
PDF documents are imported, extracted by the internal intelligence and output in a format in which they can be further processed. The performance lies in the correct extraction of the data, without hallucinations. The added value is the error-free recognition of the data without manual effort. If these are imported into your existing IT systems, full automation is possible.

The review system shows the user the recognized data and whether the preset confidence values have been achieved. Manual editing of data is still possible here.
To achieve a degree of automation of up to 95% with an accuracy of up to 98%, specially trained modules are available for various applications. Further modules are under development – we would be happy to talk to you about your requirements.
Start with one use case or document type and add further modules at a later date. The solutions are also available on-premise on request.
The key figures depend on the document type, document quality and the data fields to be extracted.
